Regional Development Agency of Lviv Region held the third and final workshop in the Living Lab: From Idea to Participation series. The meeting focused on the practical aspects of preparing grant applications — from formulating the concept to developing the project.
During the workshop, participants examined the typical structure of a grant application, the specifics of completing it, and the main stages of its preparation. Using a practical case study, they examined how to transform an idea into a coherent project, and also discussed the most common mistakes that can affect the assessment of an application.
The final meeting provided an opportunity to consolidate the knowledge gained during the series of workshops and to trace the entire project preparation process: from identifying opportunities and partners to drafting the application and planning the expected outcomes.
The Living Lab is designed to strengthen the capacity of communities, organisations, and specialists to make the most of grant opportunities and international partnerships. The practical knowledge will help participants to prepare project proposals with greater confidence, avoid common mistakes, and turn ideas into initiatives that contribute to the development of the Lviv region.
The event was held as part of the Regional Future funded by the Swiss-Ukrainian project Ukraine’s Cohesion and Regional Development (UCORD) implemented by NIRAS Sweden AB with the support of Switzerland.
