“EU Regional Policy”: Third Seminar Held Within the UCORD Project

The keynote speaker at the event was Viktor Borshchevskyi, Doctor of Economics, Professor, and Head of the Public Administration Department at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
Participants were introduced to the key principles of EU regional policy, the instruments available to support territorial development, and the opportunities that European integration offers to Ukrainian regions and communities.
In particular, the seminar covered EU international programmes, such as Interreg NEXT, URBACT, and ESPON, instruments for international territorial cooperation, and programmes supporting business, culture, innovation, and communities.
Particular attention was paid to EU financial instruments and the practical opportunities they offer communities, public authorities, businesses, and civil society organisations.
