The LNMU-RDA Project Office initiated and coordinates the creation of a Student Space at the Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, which is being set up with the support of involved business representatives.
This space will:
- become a place for self-study and group activities not tied to the classroom schedule, where digital resources and libraries are accessible at any time;
- promote the development of soft skills such as collaboration, leadership, and communication, and provide a space for discussions and joint projects, preparing students for work in multidisciplinary teams;
- provides conditions for students to relax, reducing stress levels, while informal communication between courses and faculties reduces feelings of isolation;
- develops student initiatives such as scientific clubs, volunteer projects, and cultural and charitable events, as well as serves as a platform for training sessions, lectures by practising doctors, masterclasses, etc.:
- enhance the university’s image, influencing its attractiveness to applicants, partners, and grantors, which increases the chances of participating in international programmes and projects where learning conditions are important.
This space is an investment in shaping a new generation of Ukrainian doctors.
