SKYLA: second meeting of stakeholders in Lviv

On 29 July 2025, the Regional Development Agency of Lviv Region took another step towards promoting smart specialisation and twin transition in the region by hosting an event entitled Synergy of Change: Smart Specialisation, Twin Transition, and Clustering, the second meeting of SKYLA project stakeholders.

The event brought together key stakeholders from across the region, including cluster representatives, and served as a platform for sharing experiences, lessons learned, and ongoing efforts related to regional economic development. Particular attention was paid to the practical challenges arising during the implementation of initiatives towards the twin transition and the circular economy.

Participants jointly identified current obstacles to progress and key issues that require further study in future discussions. Following the meeting, they agreed to:
– promote knowledge sharing and develop cooperation between stakeholders;
– continue to collect and showcase best practices to raise awareness of the twin transition and smart specialisation.
