Meeting of SKYLA project partners in Białystok
From 30 September to 1 October 2025, the team of the Regional Development Agency of Lviv Region, together with representatives of the Department of Education and Science of the Lviv Regional State Administration and the Lviv Furniture Cluster, took part in the sixth meeting of the SKYLA project partners, which took place in Białystok (Poland).
The programme included workshops on policy monitoring, presentations of partners’ achievements, strategic discussions on the future of vocational education in Europe, as well as visits to modern university laboratories and companies, namely:
- Demolab laboratory at the Białystok University of Technology, where students learn advanced technologies and prepare for the challenges of Industry 4.0 (the Fourth Industrial Revolution);
- Promostal, a company, which actively cooperates with vocational schools and engages businesses in aligning education with the real needs of the labour market.
The next phase of the project will focus on moving from policy development to monitoring and evaluation — engaging stakeholders, defining indicators, and ensuring the effectiveness of ongoing improvements.
