On 18 December, the Regional Development Agency of Lviv Region held the third meeting of the working group within the framework of the LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD project — Platform for Change in Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment in Communities.
The event featured:
- the results of the study visit to the LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD project partners in Poland and Finland;
- water management solutions and portal, which have been developed within the project;
- grant opportunities in the field of water supply and wastewater treatment for 2026.
An important outcome of the meeting was the institutionalisation of the working group as a platform for communication on water supply and wastewater treatment issues with a task to promote joint resolution of issues in communities, development of partnerships, exchange of experience, and attraction of investments in water infrastructure in Lviv region.
As a reminder, the LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD project is implemented under the LIFE Programme and aims to promote sustainable water supply, modernise water treatment systems, and strengthen the institutional capacity of water utilities and local authorities.
