First meeting of LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD partners

On 23 April, representatives of the Regional Development Agency of Lviv Region took part in the kick-off meeting of partners of the international project LIFE U-SPRING (Platform for Change in Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment in Communities), which is being implemented as part of the European Union’s LIFE grant programme.

The meeting marked an important step towards implementing an initiative aimed at ensuring sustainable water supply, modernising water treatment systems, and improving the institutional capacity of water utilities and local authorities.

The project brings together 11 organisations from Ukraine, Finland, and Poland. The aim of the project is to promote the ecological modernisation of the region and ensure the sustainable development of water infrastructure in line with European standards.
