The second professional thematic seminar entitled Safe and Sustainable Centralised Water Supply during Wartime was organised by the Regional Development Agency of Lviv Region as part of the LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD project.
The Seminar (13-14 November) focused on the safe and sustainable centralised water supply during wartime. Participants addressed practical issues related to tap water safety, its quality assessment criteria, and contamination risks. Speakers Volodymyr Kobylianskyi, Oleh Pinchuk, and Inha Uryadnikova, shared their experience and knowledge on water resource management and ensuring water safety under martial law.
As a reminder, the international project LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD is being implemented as part of the LIFE Programme and aims to promote sustainable water supply, modernise water treatment systems, and strengthen the institutional capacity of water utilities and local governments.
